Postage Policy
Australia Post is our preferred postage method. Postage costs are $12.47 for the first product ordered and $3 for each additional product. The postage charge always includes tracking (which will automatically be sent to you following your order) and should arrive between 2 and 6 business days from order. For faster postage, pick up or alternative receipt of product options please contact us.
Damaged Goods Policy
If goods arrive damaged, please do not sign for the goods. If you sign for the goods and then find they are damaged please contact us to resolve this issue.
Backorder Policy
We regularly check stock and try to ensure all products are well stocked. However, if a product is purchased and it is not available, there are four measures of recourse which the buyer can take:
- A refund is provided for the product
- A store credit is provided for the value of the amount spent
- At discretion, a similar/higher value product that is in-stock item may be provided
- The product can be ordered in and the product will be sent when available. In this instance, we will endeavour to provide the most accurate product arrival details to the customer.

Privacy Statement
